I was greeted very promptly and professionally by the team member and was asked if I’d like the truck to be washed and vacuumed. I also requested the inside windshield to be cleaned and he assured me he would be happy to do it. The check in was swift and truck was taken back to the service department. I was led to the showroom where we were greeted and offered coffee or soft drinks or water as we waited. In the expected amount of time we were advised the truck was finished and the completed work ticket was discussed and paid. The truck was clean as expected and ready to go. I highly recommend Conklin Nissan in Hutchinson as your service department.

Excellent experience with all employees that we dealt with. Great customer service, knowledge is top notch, very satisfied with pricing of all services offered. Just love our new Nissan SUV. We had a fantastic experience with a task I'm not fond of.

I had my car in for auto body work, I knew something was wrong with my vehicle but they would not let me bring it in to have it looked at. I had chosen Conklin because it was on my insurance company preferred list. I ended up having to have it towed in, then it was to be a 2 - 3 day day fix, the service kept calling with other issues, Conklin had my car for almost 30 days. I had to keep extending my rental, which cost me $1000 on top of what Conklin charged. This isn't the first time I have had problems with the service department. But then the parts guy kept telling me he could not get parts. I understand pandemic but it is now an excuse that people are crutching on. As a business, you should strive to make sure your people are not using this as an excuse. We are headed into 2023, and the past needs to be put behind us. Then I was going to take the alternator they said was a problem, but they charged me $40 for core charge. I told them to keep it, but they couldn't refund my money because parts was not in, however they took my $500 cash. I am very frustrated with the service I received there. I am tired of the excuses.

People are nice, service was great, and the pickup/drop off your car service offered is stellar!! Would have been a 5 star, but the attention to detail when my service appointment was made has a hiccup. I am confident this will be better next time I need service on my vehicle.

Took my car to get excellent service. Came out with my car needing to get repairs again. I just needed fluids changed my whole passenger side rear is making noise. I drove all the way from Wichita to Hutchinson just for. There service, what a great big disappointment I will be reaching out to management. Hopefully to get this fix. Car has rarely been driven ,came in with no issue. Car is a 2015 Nissan Sentra with only 26,000 miles. I hope there was no sabotage on there part. I will see.

Limped my truck in to dealership middle of the night and waited for service to open. Jody came over to me to see what was up and I had him start truck. He saw engine light and other message. Got me in first thing. Found the problem and fixed my truck. I'm from Texas so this was a huge relief for me. Waiting area was awesome. Widh all dealerships provided amazing customer service Thanks Jody, technicians and Conklim GMC!
