I will be forever grateful for this dealership! I was traveling from Illinois to Kansas to move my daughter to college. It was almost 100 degrees outside and my Honda Pilot’s air conditioner started to fail. I immediately called Conklin and got an appointment for the next day. Their service was superior - both customer and technical services were top notch.

Brad and Chance went above and beyond in their efforts to help Twyla out by helping her to get first time financing that was reasonable and put her in a dependable and affordable car! Thank goodness that she wasn't forced to go to one of those 'buy here, pay here' car dealers that we all know are an absolute rip off! It's easy to understand why Conklin Cars has been in business for so long! I'll definitely recommend Conklin to anyone who's looking for a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price!

Showed up earlier from my set appointment time, the shop was quick and ahead of schedule and got the car in. I was impressed with Kaitlyn and Cindy at how courteous they were with my questions. You can expect me to return. Also, they washed my car as best they could (I live out on red dirt roads so I kudos for that too).

Staff was great. No seating in service checkin. Shuttle service was very nice. Cindy very knowledgeable but busy and missed several of my calls. Kaley and Bill were awesome. Hopefully the dealership will rent cars again in the future. Will definitely go back .

Quality service and the price was as advertised. Cindy was a great help with explaining the issues I had and provided reassuring answers to my questions. I recommend this business to anyone looking for exceptional service at a good price.

So grateful that this Honda shop could fit us in to check out our car after a fender bender in their town on our to Ohio from Colorado. It was a Friday morning and they got us in and gave us the ok to continue our trip within an hour. Big thank you to Cindy and the Honda team for giving us the peace of mind to make it home.

Hutchinson Conklin Honda was very accommodating as we were heading to Hutch for a Dr. Apt. We called them to see if we could get in to get our CRV serviced. They were able to set an appt that worked in our timeline and were able to secure us a loaner to run a couple of errands we needed to get done while they serviced our CRV. They suggested services that were needed with our mileage and we had them done. I believe theses services will make our Honda last longer.
