Joe was my service contact, he was very nice and did a great job of communicating. He told me what all needs to be done on my vehicle to stay in compliance with my warranty. We also were comfortable in the waiting room and my daughter was offered a popsicle and one of the employees bought her a bag a chips. When I left there I felt it was money well-spent, which is surprising because the other dealership I used before this one felt like a total ripoff and doesn't even compare. This place will now be my go-to. They got my vehicle in quick, listened to the issues I was having and communicated about how long it could take to do the work. At the end they even cleaned my car. Overall I'm happy with the service that was provided.

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from Eddy's CJDR and can honestly say they are the Best Team I've every worked with! From my sales person Elijah who worked with me all day via email and texts to ensure all the paperwork/financing was ready to go before I even showed up to the dealership, to the dealership manager who went above and beyond to make the deal happen and I could drive off in a vehicle I absolutely love! The entire team was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which I can say is not the case for other dealerships in Wichita and surrounding areas. If you are looking for a new or newer vehicle I would definitely recommend that you start their first!

Don't do business with Eddy's Dodge. If you want to get service done you will not get parts in a timely manner. You will not get good communication on when parts will be in or when your car will be done. Finally, if you expect your car to be clean when you purchase or have it serviced, good luck getting that done. This is the first time I have owned a Dodge and Eddy's makes me want to trade it off and never have a Dodge again. I have had nothing but bad service and communication every time I try to do business. I am currently waiting for a part that has taken two weeks to arrive. Last part took several weeks for it to arrive. None has to do with the chip shortage.

A wonderful place if you don't want any help, don't want your calls returned, and don't want your car fixed. They've had my car for a week and I couldn't even tell you if they've done anything to it or even looked at it. I've been fighting tooth and nail to just get literally any response. I keep getting told a service advisor has to be the one to assist me and that they aren't available so they'll call me back. They have not. I was told a manager would call me back after expressing frustration that the service advisor wouldn't call me. They did not. I called Ashley in customer service after seeing her info in another review. Only got her voicemail. Have not received a call back from her either. I just want any communication whatsoever. I'm getting none and it's frustrating. I still don't know what's wrong with my car.

Had problems with my back up camera and they got it replaced with no problem. The cursivey guy that drops you off and pick you up did a very fabulous job. I’m still waiting on my recall part for some reason they can’t get the part. They help me on my trucks better then the one out East. I went to the other dodge and they don’t listen to your needs like eddy’s do. So I go to eddy’s if you want fabulous customer, service, and contact. I think communication is very important. Dealing with your vehicle. tell them the donut dude send you.

The easiest experience we have ever had! Elijah was the best! Not pushy at all, answered all our questions and even thought he was busy, he kept checking on us. And the financial dept was easy to deal with and so nice.. Gave us a great deal on our trade in. Thank you all we love our jeep!
