This place is AMAZING! We had a horrible experience at the east location (see that review on there site if they haven’t removed it yet, I see where they are trying to remove others) ANYWAYS the west location was amazing start to finish. Hunter wasn’t pushy and showed us the Palisade they had. He had us sign a rental paper and test drive the car while they took our trade ins to be looked at. When we came back we sat down with Hunter and we started talking price on trade in. He was respectful of the fact we just wanted to know what they’d give us on trade in and work numbers from there without knowing what we owed. Once we got closer to making a deal he brought his manager Spencer. He was so nice and willing to work with us. Eric was the finance man who worked his butt off to get us the best deal. They made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Even those who weren’t working with us were super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything. I can’t say enough good things. These guys were great! I highly recommend them! Spencer, Hunter, and Eric, if you see this, thank you so much! We love our new vehicle!

The best car buying experience I've ever had. I drove 4 hours to buy from Heather because of her helpfulness, integrity and personal attention. No pressure before or during the sales process. Very refreshing to find a sales person and dealership that deals in fairness and isn't about trying to squeeze every dollar they can from the buyer. This is how you build customer loyalty. So I actually got my car from the West store but the car salesman that I was speaking with at the time was from the East store. I appreciate their patience with me on choosing a car. I gave them a list of what I wanted in a car and why I wanted the certain things I wanted and it took me about 3 days to make the decision of what car I wanted and they weren't pushing. My credit score wasn't ideal but I put down a good down payment. I didn't think I was going to get my car loan but they advocated for me and I appreciate that to make sure that I left that day with the car that I fell in love with. I work night shift and I work at a healthcare facility I bought my car in 2021 and it was a very stressful time for me. Their staff was very understanding and I appreciate their honesty they even gave me suggestions like how to raise my credit score and their suggestions worked (in 2022 my score is better). They even told me to check on my interest rate after purchasing my car with them. So to find good car, I don't need my car buying experience to be super. I need a car dealership to honest and to be there after the car buying experience. Hatchett Hyudai East or West has been there, they answer questions and provide high quality service. I know after a phone conversation with them or when I've seen them in person they have my best interest at heart and I can trust them. Thank you Hatchet Hyundai. And if you ever get a chance ask your car salesman at hatchet who has the best chicken sandwich in Wichita.

Our salesman was Austin Hood and he was terrific. We purchased a 2022 Santa Cruz and Austin was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. He took the time to answer all of our questions and to show us all of the features on this vehicle. It was a pleasure getting to know Austin and the Hatchett West staff. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Austin in the future. PS, we drove 185 miles to buy our Santa Cruz, it was worth the trip.

First time visiting this location. Nate our service agent, on the service isle, was super friendly and helpful. He listened, was attentive. Gave us a cost saving alternative. We had coffee and water while we waited on a very comfortable couch. He even went the extra mile to try and diagnose a possible tire pressure sensor issue. Staff here is awesome. I started bringing all my newer cars here for oil changes and service.

Matt Watson was literally the best salesman I have ever worked with- honestly, probably the most kind human being! The whole buying process was stress-free, even when things didn’t go as planned. The other staff were always kind as well! The finance manager, Kurt, was also kind, helpful, and funny too! It never felt pushy either. I will forever recommend Matt and Hatchett Hyundai West to family and friends.
