I had been looking for a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium for about a month. I looked on your website several times and found exactly what I was looking for! Called on Thursday to talk to a sales person about it. He (Redneck) was awesome to work with! Drove out to the dealership the next day and brought it home! I love my new to me car! I would recommend him if you are looking to buy! The process was easy and they explained all the options on the car to me. They even washed and detailed the car we drove out. I was impressed! Big J as so helpful to my husband! He and I already had a game plan to contact me as soon as he got done with his sons basketball game. He was open and honest about not wanting to miss the game and asked if we could come later that evening ON HIS DAY OFF or if that didn’t work to come in tomorrow. I told my husband the plan and he got a little too excited and drove up to Mel Hamilton Ford to have his truck valued. As soon as he went up there Big J went to the office on his day off, knowing he couldn’t be there for his sons basketball game and helped my husband with his early Christmas present. I recently purchased a Maverick from here. Took a year to come in but they honored their handshake deal to sell it at MSRP. Got a fair price for my trade and the F&I office wasn’t pushy. Everyone I worked with was helpful, transparent, and seemed to enjoy their job. Shout out to Sam in sales for being easy to work with and genuinely friendly.

I’ve spent a lot of time at dealerships over the years and this was one of the easiest purchases I’ve made. Stopped by to look at a truck and didn’t really plan on buying last night but Robert “The Redneck Guy” Kinney and his team worked out a great deal on my trade and the truck I was looking at and I couldn’t pass it up. They were fair and my wife and I already know we’ll be buying another vehicle as soon as it’s available.

Took my 2013 f150 in for an electrical issue. They did a ton of fixes that I paid for. Let's just say not cheap. Unfortunately the fixes did not fix the issue. Bring an electrical issue I was prepared for this. Obviously they were as well. It took 2 trips to duplicate the issue. Once done they ordered the, $400 plus part and fixed the issue at no charge. Talk about standing behind your service. Scott, your the best thanks for looking out for this old Marine and your customers

Wanted to give a big shout out to BIG J. for helping the wife find her new Bronco. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have had. He was caring about our wants and needs in a vehicle. Answered every text and call. My wife was blown away when we got in the Bronco to leave and took time to get everything adjusted and when we left, he was still out in the cold waving goodbye. Most dealers would say thanks and walk away after they got your money. My wife was really pleased that he would take the time to see us off in a safe manner.
