Ryan went above & beyond helping me find my new vehicle (which I absolutely love!)..I live in Salina & after car shopping all week & being completely over it, I found a couple cars I was interested in on Midways website. Ryan arranged for them to be brought to me to look at & test drive so that I didn’t have to travel. Once I decided on a car we had made arrangements to meet in McPherson for paper signing but a few hrs before the appointment we had a water line break at our house & Ryan came all the way to Salina so we could sign papers & get the deal done. I didn’t even have to leave my house! Literally the best & easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Definitely recommend him if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Love my new Nissan! The work done on my Traverse, oil change, inspection, was great. However, I had an appointment, which was made the week before, for 2:30. I am not sure exactly how long an oil change/ tire rotation should take, but I waited close to 2 hours. I realize good work takes time and I want it done correctly. I travel by myself a lot and depend on my vehicle operating at its best so I don't have an issue when I'm on the road. This was the first time I have waited that long, especially when I had an appointment. This seemed to be the norm yesterday? I heard several complaints. I did not speak to the service department directly. When I made my appointment they were busy and did not answer the phone, so someone else made it. I hope, that with this review, anyone who is scheduling realizes they need to adjust times. Thanks,

Midway Motors is Great to work with! Caring & knowledgeable. These guys are for the customer. Every part of the experience was great. Great customer service late Saturday afternoon. They were willing to help when no one in Wichita area was. Had my Duramax 3500 dually towed to Hutch from Wichita & I am VERY happy I did. If you haven't done business with the folks at Midway Motors Chevrolet of Hutchinson you need to give them a shot. Great people!!

I broke down while traveling cross country. The service department was super nice and fast to diagnose problem. Only problem part was not in stock and 1 week delivery time frame. They were willing to set me up in a rental. Instead of this they approached me about trading for another car because I was not really interested in driving the rental back when mind wasn’t fixed. I ended up trading for a new car in a few hours and was on my way home. They treated me fair on trade and new car. Everyone I dealt with there was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The people at Midway are so helpful and friendly. I felt they listened to what I had to say, and they are very professional. My car was fixed in good time, and I felt they were not going to add charges for things that weren’t needed. I’d recommend them to my friends! Thanks, Midway Motors!

We had a very pleasant experience. Ryan was very helpful and not pushy like some sales men. He got things moving quickly and we drove our new purchase home within about an hour and a half.I highly recommend Midway Motors.
