Her first real car. BC and Chris were wonderful to work with. They had the car up front and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. There was no pressure and quick in and out with a purchase. They went above and beyond so we could be in and out as quick as possible. We will be back for our next car!
There aren’t enough stars to properly rate the amazing service, help, and kindness we were show from Eric at Midwest Toyota. We’ve been hunting for this truck for 4 months and Eric was with us the whole way. The service is top notch, the expertise is beyond the best, and this truck is fantastic. We came from 70 mi away to Eric and Midwest and we will gladly make the drive again.
We have limited experience because our car is new. The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The finance guy was pleasant and quick. We've had the car in one time for it's 5,000 mile service. The service manager was friendly and helpful. While waiting for our car to be repaired, we did not enjoy the loud hard rock music that was playing. I feel a waiting room should be more peaceful. We love our new car and will continue to drive 50 miles for service at Midwest Toyota.
We had a plastic undercarriage guard cone loose and get bent back while driving. You decided, without cause, I must have hit something. When I asked our salesman to get it replaced, he replied " You want me to do you a favor?" Funny thing is I never argued about the price because my wife loved the Escape. I told the salesman I would be purchasing a used F150 soon & we would be negotiating the price on it. Almost every vehicle I have ever owned has been a Ford. Almost every dealership's repair department are crooks. I had my Fiesta's ignition replaced at Midwest Super- Ripoff Serviced you without KY department. It cost over $1000. When I got it back, it would drain the battery in a day & a half. I thought it was a short from when you worked on it. So I took it back in. You informed me it was my radio module that was bad. You wanted another $1000 to fix it. Took it to an independent mechanic & he replaced the battery & haven't had a problem since. I just bought a 2015 F150 Texas Edition from Allen Samuel's Dodge & they are fixing the problems I found on the truck at no charge to me. Too bad there isn't a negative star in the reviews, but -100 still wouldn't be low enough for your business! Any questions?
Schuyler was very helpful. Because we were from out of town he explained that if we showed up early on Saturday that we could get into the service department to get our tires balanced. I thought it was something mechanical he assured me that the front right tire was missing some of the stick on weights. Turns out he was right, road smoothly all the way back home. Thank you for being there for us on a Saturday morning and also on a Friday evening.
Was told my maintenance agreement was good for 3 years the last time I went in, even asked if it was my last oil change and was told no. Dropped my car off to get a call that I indeed did have to pay for it. Only allowed 5 in a three year period. Hmm, who only needs five oil changes in 3 years? Also, the last two times I've asked for my car to be washed, told it would, and then come back to a dirty car. Sent in a complaint stating all of this and never got a response. I guess no response is a response...
No care was taken to clean up after having a transmission service done. My car was leaving transmission fluid on the garage floor. I called the service department about my concern and was told it was most likely residue from the service. My husband ended up cleaning up after them.
Went in for a flat repair. Fortunately I purchased the tires at Midwest (at prices comparable to the tire dealers online) and they came with road hazard insurance. What surprised me is that they used a plug patch to repair the tire. This is the best way to repair a tire and will ensure that it will be leak free. I showed up early for my appointment. It took about an hour, which was a little longer than I had expected. All in all, was a relatively pleasant experience.
