I've purchased my last 3 vehicles from Shep Chevrolet and will continue to do so. The professionalism of the employees and their customer service are second to none. There service department does exceptional work and I have all my service done by them. Shep has always treated us very well. If/when we eventually buy a GM product it will be exclusively through them. Their work and customer service on both GM and non GM vehicles is above all. We take both our dodge vehicles to them for the regular services.

Don’t take your car here to be fixed. They will charge you for something that is on warranty or recall. After paying them $2000 to fix something that didn’t get fixed and having to take it back and then get charged again for their mistake. If you don’t know anything about cars, don’t go here. They will “fix” everything except what needs to be fixed. Shep Chevrolet definitely takes you for a ride.
