Ordered a new Ford F-150 platinum through Lubbers and I really can’t say enough good things about the dealership and how we were treated by Matt, our salesman, and the rest of the staff. Our order unfortunately got caught up in the industry semiconductor shortage and while we waited a couple of months longer than we expected, Matt kept us informed every step of the way. When the vehicle finally arrived the delivery and closing was pleasant, quick, and painless. I’ve bought a number of new vehicles over the years, but never realized that the experience could be so easy, and that I could feel so happy about the purchase. I would recommend Matt again in a heartbeat, and Lubbers Ford/Chevrolet to anyone thinking about a new vehicle. Five stars!!!

Curtis made the acquisition of my new Ford F 150 seamless. Lubbers Ford is not your stereotypical car dealership. There were no high pressure sales tactics, cheap gimmicks, lowball offers, or double talk. I was not put through the cat and mouse game between the sales associate and the manager. The finance office was again a pleasant surprise. Again, There was no high pressure salesmanship of extended warranties etc... I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend taking the short scenic drive West to Cheney for the purchase of your next vehicle.
